📦Selcouth Return Policy

We hope you love your Selcouth order — but if something doesn’t work out, here’s how our return process works.

🚨 Packaging Notice

  • We ship only in Selcouth-branded poly mailers.
  • Do not accept parcels that are unbranded, tampered, or resealed.
  • If this happens, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

🚫 No Cash Refunds

  • We do not offer money refunds.
  • Returns are accepted only for store credits, valid for 30 days and redeemable on our website.

🛠️Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Faulty product: We’ll replace it with the same product (no size or color changes).
  • Damaged product:

 

    • Send us a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
    • The video must show the unopened parcel.
    • If the parcel is already opened or no video is provided, we cannot accept the request.

💳 How Returns Work

  1. Initiate a return within 3 days of delivery via our return portal:                      👉 Return Portal 
  2. Once your return request is placed and successfully approved, your order will be picked up within 24–48 hours.
  3. After we receive and verify your return, you will receive a coupon code on your registered email ID.
  4. The coupon code will be issued for the order amount minus ₹200 (shipping & pickup charges).
  5. Credits are valid for 30 days and can be used at checkout.
  6. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder, as sometimes our emails may land there.

👉 Important: Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange.

📦Pickup & Shipping

  • If the courier fails to pick up after multiple attempts, you’ll need to ship the item back using a reliable courier.
  • Please ensure the package is securely packed.

🚫Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Orders placed with discount codes
  • Orders bought using store credits or gift cards
  • Used items or items without original tags

🔁 Return to Origin (RTO)

If your order returns to us because of:

  • Wrong address or contact details
  • Customer unavailable at delivery

Then:

  • Prepaid orders: ₹200 reshipping charge applies.
  • COD orders: You’ll need to place a fresh order. Any earlier paid amount is non-refundable.

📝 Final Notes

  • All return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Selcouth reserves the right to reject any return that does not follow the policy.
  • All decisions by Selcouth are final.
