📦 Selcouth Return Policy

We hope you love everything you order from Selcouth — but if something doesn’t work out, here’s how you can return your items.

🚨 Important Packaging Notice
We ship only in official Selcouth-branded poly mailers.
Do not accept any parcel that’s not packed in our branded packaging.
If you receive an unbranded or tampered parcel, refuse delivery and let us know immediately.

🚫No Cash Refund Policy

We Offer Store Credits Only, we don't offer refunds. Instead, you can return your item and receive store credits, valid for 30 days.

🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Products
•    Faulty item? We’ll replace it with the same product (no size or color changes).
•    Damaged item? You must send us a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
•    The video must show the unopened parcel.
•    If it’s already opened or no video is provided, the request will be cancelled.

💳 Return for Store Credit
Initiate a return within 3 days of delivery via the portal:

•    Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup.
•    After the item passes inspection, you’ll get store credits (excluding a ₹200 shipping fee).
•    Credits are valid for 30 days and can only be used on our website.

📦 If Pickup Fails
If our courier partner can’t pick up the item after multiple attempts, you’ll need to send it back yourself using a reliable courier. Make sure it’s packed securely.

🚫 Please Note – No Returns on:
•    Sale or clearance items
•    Orders placed using discount codes
•    Items bought with store credits or gift cards
•    Items returned without proper tags or in used condition

🔁 Return to Origin (RTO)
•    If your order gets returned to us due to:
•    Wrong address or contact info
•    Customer not available to receive it
Then:
- Prepaid orders: You’ll need to pay ₹200 for reshipping.
- Partial COD orders: You’ll need to place a fresh order. The earlier paid amount is non-refundable.

📝 Final Notes
•    All return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
•    The Selcouth team holds the right to reject any return if it doesn’t meet our policy.
•    All decisions by Selcouth are final.
