Exchange & Return Policy


At Selcouth, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes, returns may be necessary. Please note that we only offer store credits for returns, and no exchanges or refunds are available.

Faulty/ Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty product, we will exchange it for the same product. Please note that no size or color exchanges will be provided.
If you receive a damaged product, please provide an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. The video should be clear and show the unopened package. If the package is already open, the request will be cancelled, and the store reserves the right to reject your request.

Exchange & Return Window

Customers can return items within 3 days of delivery, including the day of delivery.

Exchange Procedure

1. Initiate Exchange (Within 3 Days)
Contact us via WhatsApp at +917982724967 within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange. Mention your order number and the reason for exchange (e.g. size issue, color change, etc.).
2. Exchange Approval & Fee Payment
Once your request is approved, you’ll be required to pay a ₹200 exchange fee. This covers both reverse pickup and reshipping.
3. Pickup of Original Item
We will schedule a reverse pickup from your address. Please ensure:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• It is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
4. Inspection & Confirmation
Once we receive the item at our warehouse, it will go through a quick quality check. If it passes, your replacement will be processed.
5. Shipment of Replacement
We will dispatch your exchanged product within 5-7 working days after inspection. You will receive tracking details once it ships


Return Procedure

1. Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service team on WhatsApp at +917982724967 and provide proof of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
2. Return Process: Upon approval, the order will be picked and once it has been delivered back to us customers will receive store credits equivalent to the purchase amount (excluding shipping charges of ₹150). Store credits will be issued electronically.
3. Usage of Store Credits: Store credits can only be used for purchases within the same store (within 30 days) and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.

Exchange/ Return Pickup Policy: If our courier partners are unable to collect your return order after reasonable attempts, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please ensure the package is securely packed and sent through a reliable courier service.


Exceptions
* No exchange or return on clearance sale items/ product purchased at the time of any ongoing sale.   * No exchange or return on product purchased using any discount code.
* Final sale items may not be eligible for returns.
* Items purchased using store credits/gift cards will not be eligible for returns.
* Damaged or defective items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Terms and Conditions

* The store reserves the right to refuse returns/ exchange that do not meet the specified criteria.
* Returns beyond the 3-day window will not be accepted.
* The store's decision regarding returns is final.

Return to Origin (RTO)

In case of RTO due to wrong phone number, address, or customer unavailability:

* For prepaid orders, customers will have to pay ₹200 delivery and RTO charges to receive the order again.
* For partial COD orders, customers will have to place the order again, and the partially paid amount will be non-refundable.
