Returns Policy Acceptance:
- Customers can return items within 3 days of purchase.
- Returns will only be accepted in the form of store credits.
- The store credit can be used for future purchases.
Procedure for Returns:

- To request a return, customers can contact our customer service team at info@selcouth.co.in.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of purchase.

Return Process:
- Upon approval, customers will receive store credits equivalent to the purchase amount (excluding shipping charges of ₹200).
- Store credits will be issued electronically.

Usage of Store Credits:
- Store credits can only be used for purchases within the same store.(within 30 days)
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.

Exceptions:
- Items such as final sale items may not be eligible for returns.
- Damaged or defective items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Terms and Conditions:
- The store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified criteria.
- Returns beyond the 3-day window will not be accepted.
- The store’s decision regarding returns is final.
