Returns Policy Acceptance:

• Customers can return items within 3 days of purchase.
• Returns will only be accepted in the form of store credits.
• The store credit can be used for future purchases.

Procedure for Returns:

1. Initiating a Return:
   • To request a return, customers can contact our customer service team at info@selcouth.co.in.
   • Customers must provide proof of purchase.
   • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
   • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of purchase.
2. Return Process:
   • Upon approval, customers will receive store credits equivalent to the purchase amount (excluding shipping charges of ₹200).
   • Store credits will be issued electronically.
3. Usage of Store Credits:
   • Store credits can only be used for purchases within the same store.(within 30 days)
   • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
4. Exceptions:
   • Items such as final sale items may not be eligible for returns.
   • Damaged or defective items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Terms and Conditions:

• The store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified criteria.
• Returns beyond the 3-day window will not be accepted.
• The store’s decision regarding returns is final.
